Singapore:
Generally, delivery time is approximately 7-9 business days. Please allow 20-25 business days for artwork orders.
* Please note these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, they will depend on the destination country.
We highly recommend customers provide a business address for shipping and contact number to be reflected on the parcel for couriers.

Customs Inspection, Duties and Taxes
Orders placed outside Singapore may be subject to customs inspection and liable for duties and taxes on importation into the destination country.
Each customer is responsible for paying any fees, duties or taxes which are levied in the destination country in regards to their shipment.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
We do not provide refunds or exchanges of products unless the product is defective. Please contact us within one week upon receiving the item and provide photos of the defects. We will gladly replace the damaged item, with a new product as per the original order.
If there is no stock available, we will issue a credit voucher which you can use in your next purchase or we will provide a full refund.
To receive a refund, please share your full particulars with us.
We understand that sometimes you can change your mind. We can refund or exchange the item for something else. However the item needs to returned in their original condition to IRREGULAR LINES either
a) at your own cost with your own preferred courier company or
b) using IRREGULAR LINES courier company at the cost of $30
For furniture and bulky items, you will be requested to sign the delivery form. Please check your items before accepting and ensure they are in good condition (no visible damages, tears or breakage.
